Getting your order picked, packed and shipped is a top priority at Parker Steel. Now that we are ISO 9001:2000 approved we track our delivery perforance. Our goal is to ship out 98.5% or our orders the same day. The deadline for our customes is 3:00pm EST for truck shipments and 4:30pm for any UPS shipments. If orders come in after that we can not guarantee that the order will go that day but often it does. So far this year to date we are at 99% and in September so far we are at 98.8%
